57. ALTERED STATE

I've mixed with a wide spectrum of people, local and foreign, in Singapore and abroad, and can start a conversation without too much effort. At my current workplace, I've had plenty of opportunities to study my colleagues at close quarters.

It's insidious and terribly frightening, how obviously intelligent people allow their minds to be poisoned by others. Stuff are put into their heads and these people don't/can't/or won't question whether it makes sense, whether it's true or right or divisive. 

Nobody questions for fear of looking rebellious, those who try are put to shame for not knowing their scriptures and simply told to 'follow' for it's 'God's' word or 'his' will or it's in the 'great holy, book' the bible, ( or the koran, for that matter )
 
I'm not far off the mark to say that these books, held in the hands of the followers, aren't that much different from the little red/black/green book of quotations from their 'great' Chairman - Mao, Lenin, Stalin, Ho Chi Min....which their cadres waved and quoted verbatim during their purges.

With the communists, their Chairman is 'God', an invisible personal 'God' is hard to grasp so therefore, there's no such thing. Far easier to exert control by giving 'God' a form.....their Chairman, or an image of Jesus. Anyone who disagrees and questions, it's 'off with his head!'

Great Thinkers over the ages suffered for their wisdom and Truth which clerics and assorted simpletons ( their Rulers, court officials, sycophants ) saw intelligent scientific explanations as a threat to their moronic minds and authority.

Fear is used to control the followers. The 'God' I know and love is a God of Love, but the followers are taught its something to be feared, that terrible things will befall any rebels, non-conformists and the non-believers (or infidels, as the case may be). They're really good at pinning labels on others.

Either you're of the same template or you need 'healing,' which to these simple-minded folks, it's laying their hands on you followed by some mumbo-jumbo. Gawd, it's so primitive, it's as though I'm among some Orang Asli in their jungle clearing. At least with the abos, they're genuine and pray and heal without an agenda. With these others, it's just a 'show.' To show how well versed they are with the scriptures, it's just book knowledge. Talk, talk, talk. Too much talking is bad for the soul. 'God' is found only in silence - in the very depths of one's soul. Somebody should educate them on this.

Recently, a colleague addressed us and switched to speaking in a tongue ( sounded a lot like abracadabra! ) I almost burst out laughing, it took a lot of effort to control myself. He sounded like a demon, very much like The Exorcist character, I was expecting green sludge to spew forth from his mouth onto us sinners. I told him I wasn't impressed, that it did nothing to me.....mind you, he's the executive director there!

The conditioning is relentless. Every morning, we are subjected to lectures from the scriptures, all literal interpretations and personal renditions according to the simplistic understanding of the speakers. At least once a week, a pastor comes in with more bullshit. And at least once a week, my colleagues attend their various churches and meet with their cell groups to deposit more stuff into their heads. The communists and Muslims have cells too - note the similarities?

Little wonder, the majority of their followers have this vacant look in their eyes and on their faces. Their souls are not free.

These dogmatic fanatics are doing our country and our government a great disservice. When minds are so tightly controlled, these folks can't think out of the box, can't see the big picture, can't have a telescope on the horizon, can't be innovative and creative. They are constantly been told what to do, how to think, every little thing they need to check with somebody else or 'will ask my pastor.' Central command and control - and communism has already collapsed.
 
Why do these morons empower their pastors so much? He/she is just a mere mortal, another weakling, with their faults, ego, ambition. It's all about power, control and dominance. Pastors, priests, monks, imams - the 'uniformed groups', will be without jobs and a cushy life if the followers ever wise up and awake from their ignorant slumber. 

The relentless conditioning by these uniformed groups is to keep themselves in business, for fools are born everyday. Jesus Camp exposed something not much different from the grilling in madrasahs in Muslim nations. 

Everything that's good and beautiful, these morons have corrupted into something that's evil, satanic and fearful - from meditation to yoga, from Lord of the Rings, Harry Porter and The Da Vinci Code books and movies, from astronomy to astrology, from Philosophy to Comparative Religions - they tell their equally moronic followers to avoid. And of course, their stand on homosexuality - the ones who are satanic are the ones who 'speak in tongues.'

All you gay Christians out there who read this, 'be true to yourselves and your sexual orientation.' Everything about God and Creation is about diversity, look around you at Mother Nature, it's all about differences. Have no guilt feelings, explore your sexuality, the sexual and spiritual energy is the exact same energy. Just always be a good human being, be a true child of 'God' manifesting your God-like attributes rendering love and assistance to the ones you see in front of you. Let Truth be your religion.......and the Truth is out there.........not in a fancy multi-million $$$ brick and mortar building.

Our government continue to bring in different sorts of migrants from all over, perhaps it realises that the Singaporeans are lost to too much religiosity and we need fresh people with fresh ideas, we need Diversity, let's hope the dogmatic fanatics don't get to them first.
