49. MY 8th TRIP
As I pack my bags for my 8th foray into India, I wonder what lies ahead. These are dangerous times to fly and go on long train rides........but there's work to be done at the orphanage.........we are ready to build a school. With the little funds received we hope to start with at least 1 or 2 classrooms. Wish Bill and Melinda would know about us and build the school and the dormitories to house our orphans........it's a bottomless pit there, the poor, the homeless, the destitute are part of the landscape. We do what we can, but the Gates Foundation does have deep pockets........
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveller, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh! I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
